Terms of Service

By accessing or using the RareAccess website, mobile application, Telegram bot, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. RareAccess reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Accounts created on behalf of minors are not permitted.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated. RareAccess reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.

All event bookings made through the Platform are subject to availability. When you complete a booking, you enter into a binding purchase agreement. Key terms:

• Prices are displayed in the applicable currency (typically AED or USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• A booking confirmation email and electronic ticket will be sent to your registered email upon successful payment.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly indicated in the event details.
• RareAccess acts as an intermediary between you and the event organizer. We do not organize the events ourselves unless stated.
• Event details (date, time, venue, lineup) are provided by event organizers and may be subject to change.

All prices are final at the time of checkout. We accept payment via credit/debit card and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. You authorize us to charge the total amount at the time of booking.

Service fees, if any, will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase. VIP members may be eligible for reduced fees or complimentary upgrades as per their tier benefits.

All ticket purchases are non-refundable by default unless the event is cancelled by the organizer or specific refund conditions are stated in the event listing. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on exceptions and the refund process.

RareAccess offers tiered membership (Silver, Gold, Platinum) based on booking history and loyalty points. Tier benefits, point accrual rates, and redemption terms are subject to change. Loyalty points have no cash value and expire 24 months after the date of last activity on your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Resell tickets purchased through RareAccess at a markup (scalping)
• Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions or referral programs
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Submit false information or fraudulent payment details
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform (except our authorized Telegram bot)

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of RareAccess or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, RareAccess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or attendance at events booked through our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

RareAccess is not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or quality issues that are within the control of the event organizer or venue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RareAccess, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your attendance at events.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
