All ticket purchases through RareAccess are non-refundable by default. This policy exists because we often source tickets from third-party organizers, venues, and exclusive allocations where returns are not possible. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
For eligible refund requests, you must submit your request within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. The only exception is event cancellation, where refund requests are accepted regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
You can request a refund through any of the following methods:
Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund or RareAccess credit instead of a full cash refund. This applies when:
RareAccess credit never expires and can be applied to any future booking.
If your refund request is denied and you believe the decision is incorrect, you may escalate the matter by emailing legal@rareaccess.ae with your booking reference and a detailed explanation. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
